Christmas Mini Sessions 2017

I can't believe another year has come and gone so quickly.  This year for mini sessions we had some favorites from years past and our new 'Twas the Night Before Christmas scene.  Kids had fun getting cozy while reading "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and enjoying yummy cookies.  Thank you to everyone who came out and braved the cool, not quiet cold, temps with us.  Moms and Dads thank you for allowing us to be a part of your yearly traditions.  We have enjoyed watching the families grow each year.

Happy Holidays!

Senior Pictures

I enjoy working with Seniors, of the high school variety.  They are full of enthusiasm, eager about college, but reflecting on their current place.  This was all true when I got to work with Alec.  We had a lovely conversation while walking The Christmas Tree Farm in Pembroke, all while talking about his Senior project and Cub Scout projects.  Best of luck Alec, I can't wait to see and hear all that you do!

Christmas Mini Sessions 2016

Sorry for the radio silence over the past year, it has been one heck of a year here at Sunshine C Photography!  We started off busy with fun mini sessions.  We then sold our house, moved in with our parents then welcomed our second child.  All the while we were rehabbing our new house and gearing up for tree season.

We are getting back into the swing of things here and to dust off all the cobwebs we had a merry time during Christmas Mini Sessions here on the farm.  Here are a few of the cheery cherubs we got to hang with.

Hope you enjoy!

Hopping Into Spring

We certainly can not complain to much about the winter here on the South Shore.  It's amazing to think Spring and Easter are knocking on our door already!  With that in mind Easter/Spring Sessions are being booked and we have the cutest Holland Lop bunnies joining us this year!  At the time of the sessions they will be about 12 weeks old!  Contact me for more information about these sessions!  They are going to take place in Pembroke, MA.  These guys really love to kiss and snuggle!

Tis' The Season

I'm so excited about all these mini sessions! Most of these are going to be kept under lock and key till after the Holidays, since they will be used as cards and gifts.  Here's a little sneak peak of Colton!

Colton's Pumpkin Carving Fun

My favorite time of year is finally here.  Crisp, cool air.  Warm smells of pumpkin and apples baking.  Vibrant colors of yellow, reds, orange, and purple every where you turn.  For an 8 month old, golden!  Slimy, cold pumpkin guts, soft colorful mums, crunchy leaves.  Honestly, it doesn't get much better.

Ashley and Brian's Wedding Prep

There is something beautiful and private about being a part of a wedding.  Especially during the hours leading up to the "I do's".  The beautiful bride surrounded by friends and family, as each piece is put into place.  The eager groom, waiting to see his bride.  The rooms full of excitement and love.  These two could not have asked for a more perfect day!  Wishing you two a lifelong love full of happiness.

Daniel's Senior Portraits

Hard to believe the little boy, who's first words were 'Dig Hole', is old enough for a senior portrait.  While dancing with the clouds to get some great shade, we were able to share some fantastic laughs.  Best of luck Daniel on your Senior year.  I can't wait to see what the future holds for you.

Bath Splash Session

When at a photo shoot, I enjoy the impromptu moments.  This bath session was a great way for Mom to get Greyson clean and some fun moments for capture.

Watermelon Fun

On these hot summer nights, who doesn't enjoy beating the heat with a crisp, cool piece of watermelon?

Paint Splash Fun

As a preschool teacher we strive to capture a child's innocents and trigger their imagination for learning.  When I was asked to do a paint splash for Greyson's 2 birthday, I jumped at the opening.  An opportunity to interact with a child in an environment, we as teacher epitomize for child-centered learning, and one for me to selfishly relive my "glory days".  Thank you Cera and Josh for allowing me this colorful experience!

What a blessed moment a baptism is.  Surrounded by family, welcoming a little one into the community.  Colton was wrapped with love from many generations today.  The gown, shoes, and rosary's are family heirlooms from Colton's mother's side dating back to 1943.  Most members of mom's side have worn this beautiful handmade  gown from France.
